If your order purchase date is less than 30 Days ago, you may create a Return Merchandise Authorization at any time by logging into your account
and clicking the RMA tab. Also, please feel free to contact us
and we'll create the RMA for you.
We will accept returns for refunds for all products for any reason for 30 days from the date of purchase. We will also gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase - after 30 days, manufacturer's warranty will apply. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will only be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. If the original payment was made by check or money order, Healthybizhealthyhome will mail a check. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the merchandise’s arrival at our warehouse. You are responsible for the merchandise until it arrives at our warehouse. Please save your shipping documents as you may be asked to provide them if we do not receive your merchandise at our warehouse. Proof of delivery MUST include our street address. All returned merchandise must be received in undamaged condition, with all original parts, booklets and attachments included. Products returned without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. Return shipping and installation charges are not refundable.
